INDUSTRY-LEADING WIRE TECHNOLOGYOur screens are available in various materials, mesh size, apertures and wire diameter to meet specific application requirements. The woven wire meshes are also available in different weave types depending on the nature of the material. In case of clogging or plugging, we recommend installing anti-clogging screens. The wire rod we use is High Tensile Steel which has undergone a special heat treatment combining a high hardness (wear resistance factor) and a high resilience to absorb, without the fragility. Other materials used to manufacture the woven wire mesh is Stainless Steel (304 or 316 grades).
Our screens are suitable for Scalping operations, Mining and quarrying industry processing, Aggregate processing, and screening for Sand & Gravel, Limestone, Coal, Stone/Rock and Slag.
In case of high abrasiveness, POLYURETHANE screens are highly recommended, to reduce screen replacement frequency. State of the art manufacturing facilities allows HOMSHEEN to produce international standard Polyurethane screens.
